Standard Software Does Not Fit
Real estate portfolios are complex: tenants, maintenance cycles, financial reporting, connections with external parties. No off-the-shelf package covers all of that. We develop custom real estate work — from portfolio management to tenant communication — with technical grounding built up through an in-house product line.
Domain Knowledge from In-House Product Work
The PPC Real Estate Portal is an in-house product (see initiatives) and provides hands-on experience with real estate-specific data flows: portfolio analysis, lease management, cadastral integrations. External client engagements in real estate have not yet been published — the sector is, however, an active part of the practice, with product work as the domain foundation and security expertise drawn from other sectors (including healthcare, e-commerce and government).
Dashboards and Integrations — Approach
Real-time portfolio dashboards, integrations with accounting and maintenance systems, reporting aligned with the organisation's workflow. The approach targets scalability for growing portfolios and long-term maintainability — design principles worked out in the PPC product work and applicable to client engagements.
Frequently asked questions about Software for real estate
-
Can real estate portals be integrated with external systems?
Yes. The approach covers API connections with housing corporation ERPs, cadastral databases and property marketplaces — custom-built per engagement for reliable, real-time data exchange. Integration patterns draw on the in-house PPC product work and on prior API engagements in other sectors.
-
How is data quality ensured in real estate systems?
By building automated validation, deduplication and synchronisation into the design. Dashboards provide direct insight into data completeness and currency — principles developed in the PPC product work and applicable to client engagements.
