For Pleio we coordinated the work on the Moodle learning environments and the Matomo analytics environment, and moved the setup to Kubernetes.

Coordinating the learning and analytics environments

Pleio is the collaboration platform for Dutch government organisations. Our work was coordination: setting priorities, assigning work and making sure the Moodle learning environments and the Matomo analytics environment kept running for the national government bodies that train their own people on them.

Moving to Kubernetes

In the final phase we moved the existing setup to Kubernetes. The goal was a more predictable way of developing and deploying, with environments that can be rebuilt reproducibly.
