Why Interscreening

Organisations are increasingly confronted with fraud and economic crime. Research shows that a large proportion of Dutch companies will encounter this sooner or later. Effective fraud prevention starts at screening — not when an audit or incident has already happened.

How it works

Interscreening is an online platform that lets organisations screen candidates and employees on integrity in a structured way. The interview engine measures both the answers and the response time per question. Patterns that suggest rehearsed or forced answers cause the system to ask follow-up validation questions for cross-checking.

A dedicated social-desirability domain detects candidates who give the answers they think they're supposed to give, rather than honest ones. High social-desirability scores show up as a red flag in the report; every content domain receives its own percentile score (0–100%).

A broad instrument set

Beyond integrity screening, the platform offers complementary questionnaires from a single place:

  • Big Five — personality profile on the five core dimensions
  • Onboarding questionnaire — structured intake at the start of employment
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey (MTO) — anonymously available with k-anonymity (a minimum of five respondents per group before aggregates become visible)
  • PSA — Psychosocial Workload — required component of the Dutch RI&E
  • Exit interview — structured exit conversations on departure

For organisations of any size

The platform is multi-tenant and supports department structures. HR Managers see only candidates in their assigned departments; Managers receive aggregated reports per department; Admins manage content, users and credits. White-label reports are configurable per organisation with custom colours, logo and footer text — useful for advisory firms that deliver branded reports to their clients.

Engineering and quality

Under the hood, Interscreening runs on a Laravel platform (known internally as iQuiz). The codebase is covered by close to 1,400 unit and integration tests, statically analysed at PHPStan level 6, and runs through an automated quality gate on every release (lint, code style, security audit, full test suite). An optional AI Report Advisor enriches reports with contextual commentary — opt-in, PII-stripped, cached and rate-limited.
