Legal Pages for Shopware 6

Legal pages for your Shopware shop in three languages, filled with your own company details

Legal Pages

Every web shop needs terms and conditions, a privacy policy and shipping and returns information, and those are exactly the pages that stay on 'lorem ipsum' too long or get copied from another site. Legal Pages ships five ready-made template pages in Dutch, English and German that pull your company details straight from the admin. The paid plugin builds on that with cookie consent, an accessibility statement, an imprint check and an audit trail, so you can demonstrate compliance without external tooling.

Free edition · Packagist

What the free edition does

  • Five pages out of the box: terms, privacy, shipping, returns and disclaimer under /legal/…
  • Enter company details once (name, address, registration and VAT numbers, email, phone); merge fields fill every page
  • Three languages included (NL, EN, DE); texts are editable through Shopware snippets or your own Twig template
  • Per sales channel: each brand or shop gets its own company details, return period and page toggles
  • 'Last updated' date per page, sitemap inclusion, canonical, hreflang and schema.org structured data
  • Accessible and safe: WCAG 2.2 AA, server-side escaping, no visitor data, backup and restore of settings

Open source under the MIT licence, installed directly via Composer, with no registration and no licence key. This edition is frozen: it gets no new features, but it does get security and compatibility fixes until at least December 2032. Existing installs keep working.

Legal Pages in the Shopware Store

One plugin with everything in it: all the free edition does, and on top of that:

  • Cookie-consent banner with categories (necessary/functional/analytics/marketing) and a policy page at /cookies
  • Proof of consent: every choice is recorded per visitor and sales channel, including banner and policy version
  • Accessibility statement at /accessibility (also /toegankelijkheid), pre-filled from your shop
  • Imprint validator: checks per sales channel and language whether the required company details are complete (NL, DE, GB, EU)
  • Compliance audit trail of configuration changes, kept for five years and then purged automatically
  • One admin module (Settings → Legal & Compliance) plus an export of all your data, also automatic before uninstall

You rent the plugin monthly or yearly through the Shopware Store, with the Store's free trial month. No add-on, no licence key, nothing else to install.

Moving from the free edition keeps your settings and data. Uninstall the free edition with the option to keep its data; on installation the paid plugin takes over the configuration and tables, and tells you if you forget that step.

The plugin is not in the Shopware Store yet. Would you like to hear when it is available, or get help with the move? Get in touch.

Works with the rest of the range

Plugins of the range detect each other and connect automatically when they are installed together, for example newsletter sign-ups from the launch page or encyclopedia pages as a dimension in Analytics. Each plugin also works on its own; nothing is gated behind buying another one.

Requirements

  • Shopware: 6.7
  • PHP: 8.1+

Support

For the paid plugin through the Shopware Store's ticket system. For the free edition through the issues of the Bitbucket repository; security reports as described in the repository's SECURITY.md.

Data and privacy

The free edition stores only your own company details in the Shopware configuration and processes no visitor data. The paid plugin records cookie choices in the tb_lpp_consent table under a random first-party cookie (lpp_visitor_token, valid one year, no IP address or fingerprint; linked to the customer ID only after login) and keeps an audit trail (tb_lpp_audit: which setting changed and when, without a user name; purged automatically after five years), all on your own server.

Quality

PHPStan level 8, PHPUnit and PHP-CS-Fixer as quality gates per repository. Documentation, changelogs and snippets in Dutch, English and German. No advertisements or upgrade prompts inside the Shopware Administration.
